Vestibule folding door

The existing side entrance leads into the passage seen in image 1 and also the breakfast room. See the floorplan. Just inside the door is a coat rack and space to leave boots etc. It is in effect a tiny mudroom.

The plan is to convert the breakfast room into a proper mudroom and create a vestibule inside the side entrance by fitting a door system across the opening to the passage. It will be comprised of three glazed panels: a single that is effectively half of a french door pair, and a bifold that can be half open (the other half of the french pair - see image 3) or fully open when necessary - see image 4. The centre panel will be on dual action hinges so that it can swing inwards or outwards.
